STAGE 1
German/French Canals to the Mediterranean
May 1 to Aug 1, 2012

In 2012, J'Sea will travel from the Baltic Sea through the European Canals and waterways to the Mediterranean Sea. This will be a 3 month, 1255 mile series of Adventures, visiting small villages enjoying castles, wineries, historic sites, bike rides and enjoying the slow journey through Germany and France. While I have set an itinerary starting April 25th, 2012  to July 25, 2009, we are flexible with times and staying at destinations. The objective is to have a slow travel through  Europe averaging 14 miles a day, not moving too much but enough to have fun, enjoy the history, culture, good food & wine and meeting interesting people.

STAGE 2
Marseille, France to Marmaris, Turkey
Aug 5 to Oct 15, 2012

From Marseille, France we will leave approx. Aug. 05th, sail along the Italian coast, past Sicily, up the Ionian Sea to Athens, arriving approx. Sept. 09th. Then we sail through the Greek Islands arriving in Marmaris, Turkey approx. Oct. 05th, 2012. Click here for details. Click here for rates.

Stage 2: Marseille, France - Italian Coast - Across Greece -
                Enroute to Marmaris, Turkey

Starting Aug. 05, 2012, J'Sea will be leaving Marseille, France, travelling through the French Riviera to Monaco and onto Genoa, Italy. From there we will stop at 2 places before arriving at Riva di Traiano where we will leave J'Sea and take a Train to Rome for 3 days. We then visit 6 more Italian old villages along the coast before crossing the Ionian Sea to Patria, Greece. We then cruise eastward to the Corinth Canal and onto Athens where we will spend a few days sightseeing.

From Athens, we will sail to 8 Magical Greek Islands  and arrive at 'Bodrum', Turkey in the Turkish Riviera, spending a couple of days enjoying the sights, especially the Crusaders Castle. From there we stop at a few unique Turkish villages and finally arrive at Marmaris, Turkey where the temperature will be mid seventies (75º F), where we will be sightseeing for 3 days and relaxing after a Fantastic Journey on approx. Oct. 15, 2012.
