For 2011, John Cuzner and the J’Sea will be participating in the ARC to Europe Rally. After arrival in England, and several weeks sightseeing, the J'Sea then cruises the northern coast of Europe as far as St. Petersburg, Russia. After several weeks at this wonderfully cultural city, the J'Sea will make its way to the northern coast of Germany where it will wait out the winter.  

The J'Sea is equipped with dinghy and solar panels.
 

Stage 1: ARC to Europe - This Time the Destination is England

I start, from ANTIGUA (the Caribbean Island with 365 Beaches) then sail north approx. 900 NM to Bermuda, estimated  ETA 6 to 7 days.

Bermuda is where the 2 groups (one group from Florida and our group from Antigua) will join up and share stories as all boats arrive in Bermuda. Then all of us will ready ourselves and the yachts for the 1800 NM Race - Bermuda to Horta in the Azores. Estimated ETA 13 to 15 days.

The  AZORES we will be sighting for 6 days on 3 Islands.

We leave from the city of Ponta Delgada on the island of San Miguel, Azores to Port Pendennis, south ENGLAND approx. 900 NM. Estimated  ETA 6 to 7 days.

Stage 2: Northern Europe & St. Petersburg, Russia

After relaxing for a week, we will start to explore southern and east England in mid-July. In August we will go to Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Poland, Lithuania, Estonia and finally Russia. After spending a few weeks enjoying the culture and world famous museums of St. Petersburg, we will leave Russia and head to Helsinki, Finland, onto Stockholm, Sweden and end up in Poland, where I will leave J'Sea for the winter.
